Autumn Harvest is a handcrafted tallow soap made with farm-rendered beef tallow, coconut oil and castor oil. This batch was created using a puddle pour with gravity-dip swirling to create layers of creamy ivory, golden yellow, earthy brown and rich maroon.

The scent

A beautiful autumn-inspired blend of sweet orange, grapefruit, fir needle and rosemary—bright citrus up front with a fresh, woodsy finish.

Ingredients

Beef tallow, coconut oil, castor oil, sodium hydroxide, distilled water, sweet orange essential oil, grapefruit essential oil, fir needle essential oil, rosemary essential oil, annatto, madder root, Moroccan clay, rhassoul clay and comfrey.

As with all HogWash Hills soaps, sodium hydroxide (lye) is used to make the soap. Through the saponification process, it reacts with the oils and fats to create soap, and there is no lye remaining in the finished properly cured bar.

Handmade in small batches at HogWash Hills in Arkansas. Each bar is individually cut, so color placement and swirl patterns will vary.
